Build Apps Preview Editable not working

Hi, i noticed since last night, when i preview an app in Build Apps Preview Web there is a selectable dropdown for versions including and editable selection.   On apps where i have a version created,  if select editable i will get the spinner for loading only. However, if I select a version that will preview. apps with no version created, i can get to the current version and view changes dynamically.   Is this a problem others are experiencing?

Same thing happens to me. Just to clarify the situation:

• If no version was created, everything is fine.
• If I create a version, and preview that version, everything is fine.
• If I create a version, and preview the "editable" copy, this either hangs on web or gives error message on mobile.

I believe it is a bug and development is working on it with urgency, and perhaps it will be fixed next week but I don't know for sure. I had the same problem, as I mentioned in my previous post.
