BTE Requirement

Hi,

I have a requirement where i need to change the standard program's field search help and im using veriosn ECC 5.0.

Anybody pls explain how can we implement this by BTE.

Ex: A field in a standard program has a search help getting data from MARA table but if i want to implement a search help on same field with BTE and get data from PA0001. How can i achieve it.

Pls help and provide pointers.

with the help of BTE i dont think you can modify the screen
