bseg partly active

I append a structure in bseg table .

but when i activate the structure its become partly active and

the table bseg also become partly active.

can anybody tell how to activate the table and structure??

i am not able to activate it through SE11.

Goto-->SE14-->Table(BSEG)--->Activate and Adjust database(Click).

OR.

SE11-->Utilities(Menu)-->Database object-->Database Utility-->Activate and Adjust database(Click).
