Box Printing issue in SAP Script

Hi,

     We are doing an upgrade from 4.6C  to ECC6. In a Script, there are some boxes printed and with in the boxes data is being printed. This is getting printed fine in the 4.6C version. But when we try the same form in the same printer from the upgraded environment, the boxes are getting printed in a separate page and the data is being printed in the next page. And this is happening only in the print not in the preview or spool. Not even in LOCL printer. This is happening in the business side. They tested this in 2 printers in their side. In both the printers they have this same issue. But when they print the same form for a different plant in the same printer. It's printing it correctly. But in the driver program or in the form level there is no code to control the boxes at plant level.There is no version difference between the 4.6C version and the ECC6 version. Could someone help on how to solve this issue or how to approach the issue. Thanks.

Hi,

Please check the device level configurations in SPAD for the devices that are used by the users. Compare and you may spot a difference.
