I don't think we have any control in awarding points for blogs. SDN will award points based on some guidelines taking into consideration , the novelty, the usefulness etc, the number of views etc.

Hi Seema,

The points to Blogs are allotted by SDN Review Team, who will review the content of the blog and if it is found to be satisfactory, they will accept the content and will be displayed in SDN as a blog.

You can make comments on the blog and give your valuable feedback on the blog.

No there is a way to award point 4 the bolgs Coz i had seen written very helpful log with the comments...

No, there is no way for you to award points to someones blog. There has been talk about allow such things, but nothing has been implemented.

Hi Seema,

Assuming that it is indeed possible to award points to a blog, Can you tell us who will award them?

In forums, the initiator of the thread will award, but there will be no initiator for the blogs. The one who has written the blog cannot award points to himself and if somebody who reads it can assign points, then it may lead to situations where people may award points based on some bias.

Anyway, if it is really possible, please let me know too.
