Blank Main Menu Screen

Hi

A user has logged on and the initial screen is blank, there are no transactions displayed just a blank grey box, no SAP Menu or Favourites are shown. We are using 4.6C. Tried logging on/off and changing settings to display favourites but still no transactions shown. Any suggestions please?

Does the same happen when they attempt a login from someone elses machine?

It sounds like it may be a SAP GUI issue, in which case the above test would tell if it needs to be re-installed.

Try to install the latest version of sapgui and check if it would be useful.
