recently i attend on mnc company in hyd ,interviewer asksome behavioral questions like

1)give me an example of where you showed self motivated and proactive?

2)how do u handle a situation where you and a customer were disagreement?

3)tell me about hte time when u have lead a virtual team?

4)when scheduling your time to various tasks ,how do u determine what constitutes a priority?

5)give me example when you had to work with some one you did not like?what tactics did you use to handle the situation?

please sent your opinions of these questions . i will prepare further interviews

(2) when the programme which is not possible to develop in abap like matrix (BI) and user is demanding - or - any other example like year comparision (BI) ..

(4) first priority always for document printing like PO , Excise Invoice , Commerical Invoice etc.. report can develop afterwords... or if tax submission date is on head the priority will be report also..depends on situation

(5) i will concentrate on problem not on person
