BDT add menu

Hello !

I'd like to add a customer specific menu in the RE-FX real estate contract via BDT. The plain "additional..." menu paths are there for use since SAP Note 903854.

The BDT application object is REGC. I already added some user fields as described in SAP note 690900 via BDT. But I wasn't able to figure out how to add own menus. I only got some clues from the SAP-BDT-documentation at

Does anybody have a step-by-step documentation for adding a menu via BDT ?

SAP-Basis version is 7.00
