hi gurus,

how can we display the error occured during bdc using simple alv in an upload program...please provide me the sample code.

y u need a code??

i think you shld do urself..

have you used alv to create a report before??

if yes then in your bdc, you will get error log in messtab or watevr table you have assigned for bdc error log.

so it will be an internal table for alv..

so create a fieldcatlog and call the function module to dispaly alv output as usual.

yes i did that but still getting error.so asked for the piece of code to compare whether i missed anything in that or not....ok anywayz now that problem is solved.....
