Hi All,

I have to do a sales order BDC and get data from a file or from a macro. I did a new recording using va01. Can you please tell me how to proceed to get the data from a file or macro.

hi

u can use GUI_UPLOAD if your data is in presentation server

or u can use OPEN DATASET if your data is in appln.server

Do you mean that you need to get the data from your local PC? You can do this using the function module GUI_UPLOAD.

Thank you all it is very helpfull. After recording, when I click on the program, giving prog name, title and tried to save it, it is saying "Format error by recording: Field RV45A-KETDAT not avaliable on screen."

What I should do for this.

Please help me.
