Hi,
I need to create a BDC program that can create a Batch Input session. I have a external program that will call a web service and create a batch input session .
I was thinking if it is possible to create a RFC (remote function module) that contain the BDC code that will create a batch input session when trigger by the external program?
Please advise.

Yes, that's possible either to create a session or better still via call transaction to update the database. But if you want subsequent processing via session, that's fine, too

Hi Harris,
Thanks for the reply. I was wondering if i create a RFC that take in internal table, how should i code my external program to call the web service and pass in internal table to it. Java and .NET doesn't have internal table, so do i need to pass in array or dataset?
Thanks
