1) What is post implementation support

2) What work das to b done in support projects w.r.t bdc in case of interview answer

BDCs will work just fine after implementing. They have a chance of needing to be changed after an organization performs an SAP upgrade.

BDCs are tied directly to screen fields. After an upgrade, SAP will sometimes change screens. If they change the screen, the BDC may need to change as well.

Imran,

After GO LIVE the client needs people to work with issuesthat pop up during or after go live. After go live, the support you provide is called post implementation support.

Supporting BDC programs incase of issues is part of post implementation support. For example, the record does not get properly updated or created in SAP is one of the examples.
