BDC recording for Customizing tables

Hi All,

My requirement is to develop a program to load Material Groups form Excel into V023. 

For this I started developing BDC recording, The problem i am facing is the V023 view contains Customizing tables T023 & T023T so it is asking me the customizing request !!! So how to handle the customizing request ??? is there any other way to load the data ???

Can anyone help me.

Hi Vichu,

Please check if it is asking for customzing Request on Production server also.

If yes, then you have to make one more field on selection screen for TRANSPORT REQ NO. so that user  will enter the already created Transport Request and then all the records from Excel will get added into same Transport Req.

Now while recording the screens via SHDB, you alsoneed to record the Pop-up screen and other related screen whch needs for creating and saving the Transport.

Hi,

I think the better option would be to maintain all the customizations before going for upload.Ask your functional consultant to maintain all the related maintenance required for the transaction before you do the recording.
