bdc possible for EC02 tcode

Hi During  SPRO configuration, we have EC02 transaction,when we press create button....We give details like 'PLANT TO' to  'PLANT FROM' fields and 1 more field and then we press save button. it ask for Request number also. Every time i create new plant details it will ask me to save in reuqest number. and then It creates a plant entry and which is displayed. Now I have to add 1500 Plants like this. Which i have to do manually...Is it possible we can create bdc  for this..and all plant should be displayed in EC02 screen. Please let me know.... Thanks

That is a technically yes/no question, and the answer is 'yes'.

But it isn't necessarily easy, or the right way to do it. Have you tried using a BAPI instead?

Hardly anyone uses BDCs any more.. We don't even consider them as an option at my client.
