Hi,

Mapping logic is to ensure that source and target fields in the data transfer process are mapped properly without any inconsistencies. So that the data upload goes on smoothly without any hassles.

Data mapping is the process of mapping the legacy data elements into the SAP data elements to decide which data is:

• To be transferred.

• To be translated / converted.

• Redundant.

• New and has to be created and by what means.

• To be verified / balanced / reconciled.

Regards,

sekhar.
