Hi all,

i used gui_upload to upload the file .But when i try to upload with header line it is reaing that header line including the data.what i have to do to read only data.

please suggest.

Upload the XLS file by neglecting the header line.

Hello hari,

what u can do is upload all tzhe contents of the file into itab.

then use

<b>READ TABLE ITAB INDEX 1.</b>

this will get the first line of the file.

Hi all,

My question is if i uploaded the file with out mentioning the header of that data field

it works fine if i mention the field name in the excel sheet as header it is reading the header line(field Titles) also.

use the FM 'ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE'
