BDC: Fields not being filled

Hi there i am using a BDC upload for the input of HCM data but on the second screen some of the fields are not being filled and when i fill them manually the rest are fine how can i get around this problem!

Hi,

Check whether the values assigning for the field are correct.

You can also check this by making the MOde to ''A''.

How do i make the mode "A" and were do i go to do that? Please help with a step by step procedure!
