BDC : Create Asset using AS01

Hi Experts ,

I want to create an Asset using t-code AS01 , Kindly tell me the basic steps to create an Asset .

I searched for it , but the things I found are confusing .

Basically I want to create an Asset and create a recording of that using SHDB t-code for uploading Asset Master data through BDC . ( Practise purpose ONLY ).

Hello,

If you are only trying just learn SAP BDC, then you may try to some other transactions like create customer XD01, most of the fields are very intuitive in that transaction so it will be easy to use.
