Batch input program for RFBIBL00 and transaction code FBV1

Dear Friends,

Iam facing one problem in batchinput(Upload the data

of Lubricant Department to R/3).

Here thay have given

1)Financial Document batch input program RFBIBL00 to upload legcy TRANSACTIONS in the R/3,Transaction code FBV1.

2)Thay have given data in EXCELL Sheet.

3)Financial documents will be created in the R/3 as per Document Type (SA-General ledger,DR-Customer Invoice,KR-Vendor Invoice)

Can you send anybody what is the procedure or example program to develop this object.This is very urgent .Please help me.

The program RFBIBL00 contain a complete documentation. SE38 -> RFBIBL00 -> Select documentation -> Display.

I think you can use the LSMW (Legacy System Mirgration Workbench) to convert the Excel file to the format needed by the SAP load program.

U can do through LSMW by selecting the Batchinput/DirectInput Method in 1 step.
