Batch input or BAPI for VL02N Delivery header output

I need to create delivery header output while submitting the data through custom transaction.

Here is the scenario.

Create delivery. Do goods Issue. Create billing document. Then run a custom transaction and update some custom shipping fields . Now I need to create output type LAVA in delivery header output while saving the custom tcode.

I cannot do the batch input because VL02N is the SAPenjoy transaction.

I tried to use the BAPIs but they are for processing the outputs already exist . In my case I need to create the output in VL02N .

Any suggestions ??
