Batch Input in MSC1N

Hi,

What bapi can I use to upload data to the characteristic and values table of classification tab of MSC1N?

I was told to try BAPI_OBJCL_CHANGE but i dont know how to use it.

any ideas?

Hi Friend,

It is quite tough to use this BAPi for changing batch characteristics;

because batch charcteristics does not store in SAP table directly, in caes it store with refrence no of object no. Pleaes take refrence of AUSP and MCH1 table.

But i can suggest, use a simple BDC of transaction MSC1N to upload batches.

Hope it will solve the problem.

Hi Krishnendu,

Even i am facing same problem. To upload classification data via BDC recording, it is not triggering with tcode MSC1N. If i select 'Not a Batch session' and run recording, that time it is allowing.

Is there any other way to upload records to classification data for MSC1N tode.
