Basic Start Date and Basic Finished date calculation for backgroung scheduling

i need to make this Calculation of  basic dates for backward scheduling,

Basic start date = Basic finish date ( last date ) for work center .

Still it's not clear that whether you required any UserExit name to add your calculation or Condition to calculate basic start date.
