Barcode in smartforms

Hi gurus,

Ple send the procedure how to creat new barcode (based on client requirement size and formate of barcode).

Hi,

Set the character format for that field that u have to print as barcode.

for that create a new smartstyle and in that create a character format as barcode.

SM73 ->system bar code ->Create new bar code format

then go to smartstyles and use this barcode format for the character format.

Hello Sri,

Well, it is very very easy to create BARCODE in SAP system and the to attachit to the Character format in the smartform.

1. Go to the transaction SE73.

2. Click on the create button to create a bar code (better to use the New Technology barcode).

3. Enter the details of the Barcode that you would like to create.

4. After the creation, SAVE the barcode.

5. You can also display the barcode if you want.

6. Go to the transcation SMARTFORMS

7. Go to the smartstyles section and create another character format and in the font tab of the charater format enter the BARCODE name.

8. Use the character format with the BARCODE to print the barcode in the smartform.
