We have an aplication IN EP to create sales order . now i want to add one extra fuctionality.for that i need to crate the new BAPI( Functon Module) . and i have created the Fuction module in the same fuction Group in which previous BAPI ware exist. Do i need to do any thing in SW01?

Yes you need to create API method for the new function module.
