BAPI_USER_CHANGE : FM Executes but In Custom Program Issues

Dear SAP Community,

This is regard to one of Strange Behaviours of BAPI we have been using very often : BAPI_USER_CHANGE.

1. In different systems BAPI is not able to update the USER depsite same RETURN values.

2. All parameters are included and tested in 3-4 Development systems and it works perfectly Fine.

3. We have a new system line created where same Custom Program doesnt not Works fine.

4. Is there some missing Configuration for Execution of BAPI with custom reports. There is no AUTHORISATION Error for SU53 for same.

5. There is no CODE change required, as we have been able to execute it in various places.Seems there is some paramters to be maitained for BAPI to

Update users.

Which parameter you are trying to update please provide the details. Plus return is returning empty this is what you mean?

Hello Nabheet,

1. Return brings value that "User XYZ is updated".

2. Parameter that is not getting updated is Communications: MAIL . SMTP.

3.Program Runs Fine in Various System but in the New System created we have the Issue.
