Bapi_trip_get_details - error

Hi Gurus,

I am encountering errors while using the BAPI_TRIP_GET_DETAILS to obtain the details of the travel expense report i had created earlier.This error is happening when i set the 'calculate_amounts' parameter to 'X'(by default).I am getting an error message such as 'Entry is not defined in table T706U'.However,i have defined this entry in the the table for the start date and end date i am creating the trip in by using the V_T706U maintainence.When i set the calclulate_amounts = '' , the bapi executes sucessfully.

Kindly let me know any suggestions.I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm having this same problem in transaction PR05 when try to add a trip.: Message: 'Entry is not defined in table T706U'.

We faced this issue and I would share here. I am not sure if this is applicable in your case.

Our system was configured such that a perticular class of people - Meal and Accomodation wont be provided.

But while entering the trip details - If the Mean and Accomodation Box is checked, we used to get the T706U error message.
