Is there a BAPI that can be used to update material classification data?

Hi Hari,

You can use the bapi: BAPI_OBJCL_CHANGE

The object key should be material number

Object table should be MARA

Please try this FM UPDATE_MATERIAL_CLASSIFICATION.

Also check program standard SAP program RCCLBI03.

Hi Ferry,

This FM creates an entry in AUSP through a direct table update and this was not visible in MM03 . I could use BAPI_OBJCL_CHANGE, thanks for responding.
