Hi,

Iam creating a sale order using the BAPi

BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 .

When I run it directly with the details DocType, Material, Qunatity, Partnertype, Partner number iam able to create the order.

When I try the same from XI i.e Iam calling the BAPI from Xi and passing the same values to R/3, Iam getting the error like

DOC TYPE is not defined, Sold to party, ship to party is not passed. But in R/3 BAPi is successful. What could be the reason for this. Is system is not recieving the values in the required format. Do I need to format them before sending?

You have to import the bapi in integration repository.Also i cant understand sender is sap-rfc then what is receiver sap-?.
