BAPI_QUOTATION_CREATEFROMDATA2 ERROR

Hi,

Following error message is displayed while creating Quotation by using BAPI_QUOTATION_CREATEFROMDATA2.

112 Please enter sold-to party or ship-to party

219 Sales document was not changed

i have passed customer code in header structure i.e. QUOTATION_HEADER_IN-REF_1 = P_KUNNR.

and also to

QUOTATION_PARTNERS-PARTN_ROLE = 'AG'.

QUOTATION_PARTNERS-PARTN_NUMB = P_KUNNR.

still i am facing same problem.

where else i need to pass customer code, please guide me.
