BAPI_QUALIPROF_CHANGE not working for create qualification

Hello All,

I am using the BAPI Bapi_Qualiprof_change to create the qualification . I am entering the parameters plvar = '01' otype = 'P'  Sobid ' = perner number.

and in Profile_add = I am inserting the rating(Profiency value = '0002')  stext = 'text name' but it says as object doesnot exists...

My question is when I am trying to create a qualification then from where can I pass the object_id....

Please help me I am unable to fix this... Modify works fine but not insert....

So what object does not exist?  The qualification that you are trying to add to this person?  What is in your return table?

Hello ,

I am trying to check wether person has qualification as 'DPS Professional" I am checking it with the bapi BAPI_QUALIF_get( ).. This Bapi gets me the list of qualifications for the user... of table (HRP1001)..

If there is no such qualification then I need to create a new record with DPS qualification as stext which indeed should be saved in 3 table HRP1000 HRP10001 HRPAD31 table....

Here in my BAPI there are few parameters which we are passing to create a qulification.. where we are supposed to give the obj_id as one of the parameter... . My question is when we dont have any qualification record in the list as I am trying to create a new one then how can I pass soem value to the parameter OBj_id ...?.. In other sense OBJ_ID which value should be passed.
