In my program, after using BAPI_PROCORDCONF_CREATE_TT
I used coruafwp for COGI reprocessing.

the error is:

an application for posting goods movement is already active

Just put a delay between the BAPI call and the Report.

I think a 1-2 seconds will be sufficient.
