Having trouble calling BAPI_PO_CREAT1. I keep getting the following error in the return table

Distr. ind. and partial invoice ind. must be set for multi acct. assgt.

any idea what may be causing this? I have these 2 fields populated along with the corresponding POITEMX fields.

You have to pass the values to the EKPo structure for below fields

VRTKZ

space - Single A/c Assignment

1 - Disti using quantity

2 - distri using %

and

TWRKZ

space - No Multiple a/c assignment

1 - Apportion IR quantities to GR quantities one after another

2 - Apportion IR quantities to GR quantities proportionately

Distribution Indicator for Multiple Account Assignment

Indicates how the quantity and value of this purchase order item are apportioned among the individual account assignment items:

On a progressive quantity fill-up basis

Proportional to the planned quantity distribution

Example

100 pieces of a material were ordered for various cost centers, 50 pieces for cost center A, 40 pieces for cost center B, and 10 pieces for cost center C.

A partial delivery of 70 pieces was posted for this purchase order. The system can distribute this quantity as follows:

ordered cost center proportional basis fill-up basis

50 pcs A 35 pcs 50 pcs

40 pcs B 28 pcs 20 pcs

10 pcs C 7 pcs 0 pcs

Total 100 pcs Total 70 pcs Total 70 pcs

That's where I'm having the issue. I have those fields populated with a "1".
