Does anyone know on how to reduce processing time for this BAPI_PO_CREATE1?
The program is dead slow to process 5K POs in the background.

Nothing could be done as the program was using standard BAPI.

Multiple sessions? Five thousand POs will take a while no matter what.

The job was scheduled in the background. I found an sap note which is already implemented for performance issue. However, i still face the problem.
The job was started yesterday evening at 5 and was running till this morning 10.30am. Holy crap program is taking such a long time says my functional.
This was in QA. I wonder how it behaves in PROD. Hope i wont get dumps.
