BAPI_PO_CREATE: duplicate line items after creation

I use BAPI_PO_CREATE to create PO with 2 line items , first line item with amount and second line item is free goods and zero amount and both line items refer to the Purhase Requisition. I am expecting only 2 line items after creation but instead 4 line items created which is duplicate and some more the item no also incorrect.

This happen in my company QAS server, it's working fine in Development.

anybody have any idea, appreciate any help

thanks for the reply but my problem happen after calling the standard bapi BAPI_PO_CREATE.

i found out that the dulpicates happen after within the standard subroutine.

I am thinking of copying the standard BAPI_PO_CREATE to Z customised and replaced the subroutine with the one in development. what u guys thinks?
