How to use BAPI_PO_CHANGE to change the GL account against service line items of a service purchase order?

I am providing all details in poservice,poaccount,poservaccasvalues,poaccountx and poitemx tables,but the GL account is not getting updated. Success message is returned after the ABAP program is run, but data is not saved(as visible in me23n subsequently), inspite of 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT', wait = 'X' being called. Please help. Thanks
