where can i find a descriptions, details, etcc...  of BAPI_PO_CHANGE ??

Usually BAPI have good description (SE37 on FM or BAPI transaction, and documentation of parameters too, green icon in SE37) often CREATE/SAVE BAPI have more details than basic CHANGE/DISPLAY.

Also search at online help (help.sap.com / search.sap.com)  search tool at scn (blog, wiki, code sample and other threads) and OSS notes.
