BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE

Hi All,

I have one question. Please clarify how to resolve this.

For Each Delivery No from the table LIKP I have to pull the BOLNR(Bill of Lading), and if the BOLNR is SPACE then I have to call the Function Module "BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE" and pass the required information and BOLNR to change the delivery.

I have searched the BAPI , but I am not able to fill the BOLNR, since that field is not there in this BAPI. How do I fill the BOLNR in this BAPI, This is one of our client requirement. Can you please explain me how to achieve this solution.

For BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE it is in IMPORT parameter BAPIOBDLVHDR-BILLOFLADING

Thanks vishnu for your immediate reply. I will really appreciate your help. But the structure BAPIOBDLVHDR is not there in this BAPI. Instead it is BAPIOBDLVHDRCHG there. You are right BOLNR field is there in BAPIOBDLVHDR Structure but this is not defined in our existing BAPI. Please advise me how to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Did you try using WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE_2 or WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE ?

The BAPI eventually calls WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE (which calls WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE_2) and parameter VBKOK_WA of these has Bill of Lading (BOLNR).

Thank you for the response.

I noticed this filed in vbkok structure. What about LIKP-XABLN ? Not sure where to find this.

I have used table extension and BADI to change value to BOLNR. Also, how to change some value of BOLNR to no value with BAPI? meaning from XYZ to blank(reset) . If I pass a value it is being updated to this filed, but from some value to 'no vlaue' is not possible.

Any suggestion on this?
