BAPI or FM for LT03

Hi Experts,

     I required bapi to create transfer order for lt03 transaction.

     My requirement is I want to create transfer order using delivery number. I create one delivery for multiple sales order, Now I want to create TO for that delivery. delivery contains multiple storage units and quantity. When I create delivery the all quantity is assign to single storage unit based on FIFO. I want to create delivery with multiple storage unit with corresponding quantities.
