BAPI_NETWORK_COMP_ADD

I am adding components to a network with this bapi, and i can create them manually, but when i use the bapi i obtein the next error:

Component assignment not intended for sales order or project stock

my problem is that if i select in the field MRP_RELEVANT for making a reserve, it gives me an error of adding components to individual stocks.

I am having this same problem now (not being able to add material components with BAPI_NETWORK_COMP_ADD). Have you solved the problem? If so, how did you do it?
