BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 is to be used with the structures populated:

1. ORDER_CFGS_REF STRUCTURE

2. ORDER_CFGS_INST STRUCTURE

3. ORDER_CFGS_PART_OF STRUCTURE

4. ORDER_CFGS_VALUE STRUCTURE
