BAPI MATERIAL SAVEDATA - not working

HI all,

I am changing the customer fields in the MARC using the BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA , its not working....

it is giving the return message like

<b>The material cannot be maintained since no maintainable data transferred</b>

Please help me.... i am stuck up in this for a long time.

test data not customize with spro.
