Is there any BAPI or function module is vailable for the addition,updation,delete of material and Quantity for the transaction IA02(Equipment Task list),IA06(General TAsk list),IA12(Functional location task list)

You can use function modules COM_PRODUCT_MAINTAIN_MULT_API and COM_PRODUCT_SAVE_API.

You can search bapi's by application using the Transaction BAPI.
