Sorry but based on my knowledge this answer is NOT correct,

except if you can show me which field in the BAPI, I have to filled in with the content of the "Ledger Group" !! Dont forget we are talking about FB01<b>L</b>

We are experiencing similar problem. Trying to post documents in new gl in different ledgers using BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST, but it's not working. Does anyone have a solution for posting documents in new gl in different ledgers?
