Use SAP rfc <b>MEASUREM_DOCUM_RFC_SINGLE_001</b> to create measurement documents

BAPI_MPID_CREATE

BAPI_MP_DATED_CREATE

It seems the BAPIs mentioned by you does not exist in SAP. Please check and give me the correct details.
