BAPI_FUNCLOC_create Start-up-date is not getting updated

I'm creating functional location through BAPI- BAPI_FUNCLOC_CREATE. But the START-UP-DATE field is not getting updated.

Do any have solution for this?

As suggested in the note recommended by vinita.kasliwal implementing customer modification is the only way as suggested by SAP, even for our client we did the same modification.

Change program LILOUF00, form INHERITANCE_HIERA_INIT_FL and comment out the line:

MOVE: IFLO_SUP-DATAB TO IFLO_EX-DATAB.
