Bapi for VL31N

Hi ,

I am creating an inbound delivery into SAP and i need to know do we have any BAPi or function module for the t code VL31N.

Also what are the mandatory fields that needs to pe passed if we identify the BAPI for the same.

I have used the BAPI ' BBP_INB_DELIVERY_CREATE' but the bapi is not returing anything also no delivery is created

I am trying the below code

CALL FUNCTION 'BBP_INB_DELIVERY_CREATE'

EXPORTING

is_inb_delivery_header = wa_DELIVERY_HEADER

IMPORTING

EF_DELIVERY = lv_vbeln

tables

it_inb_delivery_detail = it_DELIVERY_DETAIL

return = it_BAPIRETURN .

REFRESH IT_DELIVERY_DETAIL.

wa_DELIVERY_HEADER-DELIV_DATE = 29102009

wa_DELIVERY_DETAIL-MATERIAL = 70010431A

wa_DELIVERY_DETAIL-VEND_MAT = 70010431A

wa_DELIVERY_DETAIL-PO_NUMBER = 5500000011

wa_DELIVERY_DETAIL-PO_ITem = 10

but even then the EF_DELIVERY = blank and no delivery is created.

All the data types are also proper.

what can be the problem ?

wa_DELIVERY_HEADER-DELIV_DATE = 29102009.

by

wa_DELIVERY_HEADER-DELIV_DATE = 20091029.

for every fields : dates, material number, etc. use internal value.

Are there error/abort messages in the returned table parameter RETURN ?

Will try the changes you mentioned.

But the return table is not returning any values.its just blank and also no message is displayed

No message will ever be displayed (exception if dump) they should always been stored in the RETURN parameter (BAPI's ancestor)

Also this pseudo-BAPI has no documentation is not released and the code let me think it is not even finished
