just use:

BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE

Also look:

'WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE'

Hi,

You can use the below BAPI to create the GR

BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE and then call this bapi as well BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT then only the GR document will be created.
