Check the BAPI BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_PARK.

There is a MM BAPI that act like MIR7, BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_PARK.

I dont know of any BAPI that acts like FV60, but you could try to use BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST.
