BAPI for Delivery Change

Hi,

We have a requirement (LE-Shipping) to update a outbound delivery from an inbound message (RFC)

The field that needs to be updated is LIKP-BOLNR (Bill of Lading).

Is there a BAPI that has the above field in SAP used to update outbound delivery in change mode?

If you want to update the field 'LIKP-BOLNR (Bill of Lading)' while creation og billing we can use 'BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC' & REQUEST (parameter) & field (BILLOFLADING). But i am not sure about the delivery change.

Hi,

What i will suggest to use Enhancement for this process. Whenever inbound message gets trigger use BADI LE_SHP_DELIVERY_UPDATE (Method Update_item, Parameter IS_LIKP) to update delivery. This parameter is having all current values of LIKP which can be modified. Please try.

If we use the BADI, then we have to write a BAPI again for it. Instead we decided to write one custom program to update the delivery in change mode and do the error handling as well.
