BAPI exception while calling BAPI_XBP_JOB_JOBLOG_READ

Hi,

We have a SAP job scheduled to run on CA workload Automation tool (Autosys).

The job is failing with the below error in Autosys but it was triggered successfully in SAP end when checked in SM 37.


%CASAP_E_990, RFC error operation/code: BAPI_XBP_JOB_JOBLOG_READ

%CASAP_E_991, Key: E XM 034

%CASAP_E_993, Message: Internal problem (function BAPI_XBP_JOB_JOBLOG_READ

Could anyone please help us in resolving this issue?
